Hover nice day

Thinking about a summer boost to my suburban square, I asked my work colleague Stuart Ball how many garden hover flies I might see this year. He sent me a list of all the highly possible species, which I can share if anyone is interested. Looking forward to buying his, and Roger Morris' new guide when it is published. Saw a pre publication copy and it is excellent and deserves to sell well.
