Cullaloe LNR, Fife - Slug, worm, worm, slug. Jus' like that

A nice weekend to start March, and new species for the reserve is now 121. Most has been sort of routine, though the fantastic Worm Slug was a nice new addition to both me and the reserve.

One of my "most wanted", believe it or not - Worm Slug

Octolasion lacteum, 4th earthworm

  1. Worm Slug, very good - I had not even heard of it, but will certainly be looking out for them now.

    1. I was very excited to see them as they're burrowers, but apparently they're common enough! I wanted to see them for a long time
