So in the end after a plodding performance throughout the month I managed a quick jump over the 1200 with a last-ditch effort. In part this was down to Seth bothering leaves on Skye which prompted me to bother some leaves here.

Good going on your 1200, and amazingly - for us down south - it was nearly a Large White that got you over the line.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, great stuff buddy and thanks for the Cercospora hint, I shall go have a look for that. I've never seen a Large (or Small) White up here, I think you only get Green-veined on Skye. The local naturalists here reckon Small White records are misidentifications!
